SHOPPING ON LINE It is easy to shop online - just follow these simple instructions:
1. Click on the Product Index at any point to go back to the page which lists all the products. You can find this at the top and bottom of your screen, and a full list of all the products in the side bar on the left side.
2. Click on any of the items listed in the Product Index to go to that part of the store and see the products for sale. When you find a product you want to buy, just type in the quantity and select any extra choice that is offered. Then click "Add to Cart".
3. At any point you can click on the "View Basket" button at the top of your screen to see what you have selected so far. You can then tick the check box of an item to delete it, or change the quantity.
4. When you have finished shopping - just click on "Checkout" and follow the instructions on the screen to fill in your address and payment details. If you decide to send your credit card details or cheque separately, please note that your order cannot be despatched until we receive payment.
5. When your order is complete, you will be prompted to print the page for your own record. You will receive an email from us confirming your order almost immediately.
6. We normally despatch orders within the week and usually in 2 days. We will inform you by email or phone if there is any delay.
7. Please note: we cannot send orders to the USA and Canada for insurance reasons.
ORDERING BY POST, TELEPHONE OR FAX
If you prefer, you can post, fax or telephone your order to us and pay by cheque, postal order or credit card. Click on the "Order Form" below and print it out to complete and send with your payment to the address below. Please note there is a £1.50 offline order charge for this service:
If you do not wish to use online ordering, there is an order form to print out in "How to Order". Fill it in as you browse the pages, then post or fax it with your cheque or card details. Alternatively, telephone us with your order.
